Nancy has represented a diverse group of clients including Fortune 500 companies as well as small to medium sized companies before federal and state administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.

Nancy has been successful not only in defending her corporate clients in employment litigation but also in designing effective strategies geared toward minimizing workplace disruptions and conflicts. Nancy advises and assists companies in preparing and negotiating employment and severance agreements, including nondisclosure agreements and other restrictive covenants. Nancy regularly conducts workplace trainings including sexual harassment/discrimination training and one-on-one coaching for executives and staff.  She also partners with Employment Learning Innovations (ELI) and facilitates the Civil Treatment® Workplace series.

Estate Planning/Probate: In addition to her employment law practice, Nancy also practices wills & trusts and probate.  She assists business owners, professionals, and their families with their needs in estate/legacy planning (creating valid wills and trusts), probate (assisting families with settling the affairs of loved ones after death), and guardianship/conservatorship (assisting in obtaining legal authority to assist an elderly or disabled person).

Nancy serves on the Board of Trustees of Covenant Christian School and as the Chair of Board Development and Human Resources Committee.  She is a proud mother of three sons.  When she is not practicing law, Nancy enjoys volunteering at her sons’ schools and spending time with her family.  Nancy enjoys reading, traveling and going to the opera.  Nancy is fluent in French.  According to her sons, Nancy is “Wonder Woman”!
